As part of the "Evaluation of the impact of the activities of NGOs in the social sphere" Project "Principles and procedures for the inclusion of target groups, citizens and institutions in evaluating the impact of NGOs activities in the social sphere" were drawn up, incorporating both the scientific knowledge, that the research method offers, and the practical knowledge, gained by participants in the project implementation.
The document represents:
- the experience of the Children and Youth Aliance - Sofia, the Gavroche Association - Varna and Maria Centre Association - Gorna Oryahovitsa town, who undertook the challenge to pilot the selected approach in their communities;
- the opinions and recommendations of 29 NGOs who took part in the training for the implementation of the approach;
- the opinions and recommendations of 52 NGOs representatives and institutions of social sphere, shared at the closing conference of the project.

The proposed "Principles and procedures for the inclusion of target groups, citizens and institutions in evaluating the impact of NGOs activities in the social sphere" are intended to be used mainly by NGOs in the social sphere. They are applicable and could be used by all those who work in social services or their management in order to plan and further develop their activities, to be more confident, useful and more successful.
The  Project is realized with the financial help of the Program for support of non-governmental organizations in Bulgaria by the Financial mechanism of the European Economic Space (2009-2014)
