In June there started the summer camps for the children from the Home and CWCP. The Elena Balkan mountain and the Gavroche National centre were again made noisy by cheerful children voices owing to donors. Every day there were walks in the open, picking herbs and wild fruit, as well as visits to various interesting places.

From March until June the Gavroche Association accepted three Finnish students as part of an exchange of TU-Varna. During the time they spent with the children the trainees participated actively in work with children, helped the literacy process in CWCP and got familiar with the specifics of field work and helping children in risk. At the end we organized a joyful farewell party for our new friends.

The youth party organization NFSB-Varna gave the “Gavroche” Association medicines and sanitation materials for BGN 230.

On 18.03.2015 in Varna there was held a meeting of local organizations members of the National network for children. It was agreed that the “Gavroche” Association will be the regional coordinator for the areas of Varna and Dobrich.

Since 20.01.2015 the service “Protected home for young people who are leaving specialized institutions” at the Gavroche Association was transformed into two new services: “Protected home for people with mental disability” with capacity for 4 people and “Monitored home” with capacity for 4.
